About Cruzbol International:
Cruzbol International is a combination of European and South
American training techniques created to enhance an athlete's
technical skills and conditioning.
Cruzbol targets major muscle development and will help improve
overall cardiovascular wellness. Through this unique method of
training, an athlete will enjoy the benefits of feeling more confident
on and off the field.
This innovative style has been creatively designed to help each child
continuously improve. Cruzbol International uses concept of Futsal
to develop foot skills and build a solid foundation for long term
success.
About Futsal:
The word Futsal is the international term used for the game. Futsal
derives from the Spanish or Portuguese word for "Soccer", Futbol or
Futebol, and Salon or Sala, which is Spanish for indoor. The game
is played with five per side on a smaller indoor field usually inside a
gymnasium. The ball is smaller and weighted to help develop touch
and encourage tight possession. The skills developed by this game
are very visible especially when players begin to play outdoors.
Some of the greatest players, such as Pele, Zico, and Ronaldo
developed their skills playing Futsal.
